Cocktails
For a little flair, we installed new cockpit coamings on a mid 80's Catalina called "Cocktails". Gluing the winch block out of multiple pieces of wood provides a very stable winch block that is not prone to checking or cracking. "Cocktails" is set for a full paint job this spring. |

Custom Sport Fish
Fuel manifold on a a custom cold molded sport fish. Working closely with a knowledgeable owner is always rewarding, and in this case were able to provide the owner with exactly what he wanted: simplicity. To keep the system simple, the port engine draws from the port tank and starboard draws from the starboard tank, with only the flip of a switch and a lever. The fuel transfer pump transfers fuel at twice the rate of maximum engine consumption. All the while the fuel is polished during transfer. |

Wet Core Replacement
Leaky stanchions caused water intrusion that over time froze and cracked the fibreglass on this fly bridge. All old core was removed and new core vacuum was bagged into place. The top skin was replaced using Vector ply 1708 E glass and vinylester resin. The boat was later painted.

Electrical
What a mess! Working with customers on a budget, we were able to salvage a good portion of the wiring behind this dash and prevent possible fires due to insufficient over current protection. |
